Hi Scott: I received your course this afternoon. As yourself I have spent 10s of thousands of dollars on real estate courses and the business has been very good to me. I'm just totally burnt out by tenants. Just a quick comment on your course: It is by far the absolute best value for the money and most comprehensive information I have ever come across in my 36 years in the business. If you told me today that you would buy it back for $20,000 but would not be able to obtain this knowledge again, I would have to say no deal. This is with a doubt the Rolls Royce of courses. Following your lead is a no lose situation. Thank your for being a true professional in your field of Self Storage.
